01.Personalized Literacy Instruction
Informal assessment for Kindergarten - 5th Grade students given to created targeted goals, plan reading instruction based on the Orton-Gillingham approach ~ systematic, explicit and multi-sensory.
02.Dyslexia Advocacy
Advocate for students with dyslexia in the public school system. Help understanding: Individuals with Disabilities and Education Act (IDEA), FAPE, IEPs 504s, appropriate accommodations, letter writing, interpreting assessments, how to request and receive appropriate services and interventions.
03.Parent Education
Supporting parents in implementing the best reading practices at home. Increments of one hour sessions can be done in your home or in my home office.
